Department Overview

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.

Function/Duties of Position

  • Data Entry into RedCAP
  • Filing of data collection forms
  • Transferring data collection forms between clinic and hospital
  • Occasional on-site presence required

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an OHSU graduate program for a minimum 4.5 credit hours

Experience

  • Student nurse-midwife

Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Competencies)

  • Basic knowledge of obstetric language and working knowledge and ability to use Epic

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • Data entry and experience with RedCAP preferred
