The Nolz lab is currently seeking an experienced Senior Research Assistant (SRA) to investigate the mechanisms controlling the activation, differentiation, and function of T cells in vivo. The primary responsibilities of the SRA will be to perform experiments and assist in data analysis and publication of results. Prior experience in a research laboratory and knowledge of cellular and molecular immunology is required. Previous experience using immunology and virology related techniques and flow cytometry is highly desirable. The SRA must be able to work with laboratory mice as well as with various mouse pathogens (viruses, bacteria, and parasites). Most importantly, the successful candidate must demonstrate exceptional organizational and communication skills, be highly motivated, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
