Function/Duties of Position

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist. May also include some basic data entry and report generation.

Required Qualifications

Education

  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours)

Experience

  • Proficient to advanced computer skills are required and all applicants must have experience with Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Must be reliable, have attention to detail, and a professional work ethic and demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

  • Experience in an academic or clinic office setting is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Windows experience.

Additional Details

Working Conditions

  • Will work 10 total hours per week. Schedule is flexible and hours will occur Monday – Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM. Option for mix of remote work and work at OHSU School of Nursing.

Physical Demands & Equipment Usage

  • Ability to use a computer up to 10 hours per week, complete and mail paperwork, and move about the OHSU Marquam Hill campus as needed.
