The Casey Reading Center (CRC) is a comprehensive ophthalmic reading center with a customizable experience, offering a secured image transmission platform and sophisticated functional and imaging analysis to ensure the highest quality and insight derived from clinical trials. This student position within the Casey Eye Institute Reading Center will involve evaluating medical images and files to assess the accuracy and information identified by computer software.
Perform Image Analysis
Prepare and assist with documents as needed for respective projects
Administrative duties
Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours) OR a Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours).
Experience with Microsoft operating system.
Basic computer keyboarding skills. Working knowledge of medical terminology. Strong relationship building skills, interpersonal skills - able to resolve conflicts and to problem solve between parties. Demonstrated evidence of strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage competing priorities. Ability to meet deadlines and urgent system needs. Ability to work independently; willingness to serve as a positive and professional role model. Must have demonstrated record of reliable attendance, punctuality and proven successful performance in past and present
