Department Overview

Columbia Memorial Hospital (CMH) in collaboration with Oregon Health & Science University Knight Cancer Institute are seeking a Medical Oncology/Hematology physician leader to join our established interdisciplinary cancer care team.

Function/Duties of Position

Our opening offers a leadership opportunity to our join group of experienced clinicians who provide hematologic and oncologic care to patients in a community clinic setting that is designed for healing. We offer an exceptional work-life alignment where comprehensive quality time with patients is a priority.

 

Practice Details

  • Established, collaborative, multidisciplinary practice focused on person-centered care.
  • Outpatient role with a four-day work week.
  • No in person call requirements, only telephone-based call requirements.
  • Community clinic setting with longstanding relationship with Knight Cancer Institute and Oregon Health & Science University.
  • Collaborative relationships with oncology providers, surgeons, radiologists, pathologists, and primary care providers

Required Qualifications

  • MD, MD/PhD, DO, MBBS, or MBBCh
  • Board Certification in Medical Oncology or Hematology
  • Active, unrestricted Oregon Medical License
  • DEA Certificate

Compensation and Benefits

 

  • Base salary range of $697,322-$763,554 including Medical Director stipend.
  • Annual quality incentives.
  • More than $100,000 in hiring incentives including commencement bonus, home purchasing assistance and relocation.
