The Oregon Office on Disability and Health (OODH) is a CDC-funded program to promote health equity and well-being of people with disabilities. The work of OODH is guided by the values of health equity, accessibility and inclusion, diversity, anti-racism, community partnership, and learning. We envision a future that is accessible, welcoming, and inclusive of all people with disabilities in Oregon. This vision extends beyond the individuals and their families to benefit entire communities.
This position will be responsible for linking adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) to needed preventive health care and health promoting services, and for building community relationships to support those linkages.
Primary duties of the position include:
