The Transition to Practice (TTP) Residency Program is designed for New Graduate RN’s or nurses with less than one year experience.
The following units are participating in this cohort of the TTP Residency Program for Adult Acute and Intermediate Care:
This role is subject to a collective bargaining agreement with the Oregon Nurses Association (ONA).
This TTP AIE Residency Track is hiring for multiple positions. The positions will be distributed based on the current amount of knowledge and skills of the other nurses in the unit/departments.
Hiring Bonus up to $8,000 DOE and Relocation Package Available. Must begin work by July 1, 2024 to qualify.
$49.16-$78.18 per hour, based on RN Degree and level of experience

We are also able to offer earlier hire dates for RN’s with all requirements met (including Oregon RN licensure). Available start dates will be discussed in the hiring process.
Transition to hired shift may be delayed for a temporary reassignment due to individual development needs and skill mix of the employees on the unit or the hires shift at any given time.
