The Transition to Practice (TTP) Specialty Fellowship Program is designed for RN’s with at least one year experience in a specialty outside of adult acute care and/or intermediate care (i.e. outpatient).
The following units are participating in this cohort of the TTP Specialty Fellowship for Adult Acute and Intermediate Care:
This role is subject to a collective bargaining agreement with the Oregon Nurses Association (ONA).
This TTP AIE Specialty Fellowship Track is hiring for multiple positions. The positions will be distributed based on the current amount of knowledge and skills of the other nurses in the unit/departments.
Hiring Bonus up to $12,000 DOE and Relocation Package Available. Must begin work by July 1, 2024 to qualify.
$49.16-$78.18 per hour, based on RN Degree and level of experience

Transition to Practice (TTP) Program Individualized Orientation Schedule of 6-12 weeks:
Group-based, self-directed, and preceptorship shifts are integrated weekly for up to 40 hours per week.
Transition to hired shift may be delayed for a temporary reassignment due to individual development needs and skill mix of the employees on the unit or the hires shift at any given time.
