The Faculty Recruitment Coordinator at the Knight Cancer Institute performs a variety of administrative activities delegated by the Knight Sr. HR Manager and Central and Administrative Leadership, amplifying the Knight Cancer Institute’s visibility as a destination employer and providing critical support to the Faculty Recruiter.
This role will carry out tasks that advance recruitment strategies forward which include program coordination, talent transaction support, recruiter assistance, candidate experience and communications, and ad hoc responsibilities.
