This position will work at the CMH Pulmonology Clinic, located in Astoria, Oregon.

Function/Duties of Position

Clinical: 

  • Provide outpatient services at one (1) CMH Clinic: CMH Pulmonology Clinic
  • Clinic Schedule: 36 patient care hours per week
  • Call schedule: As required per CMH Medical Staff bylaws 

Administration:

  • Administrative and other duties may be assigned based on department needs and your areas of expertise and interest. 
  • Four (4) hours of administrative time are allotted each week.

Required Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree as required by specific Advanced Practice Provider role.

  • Demonstrated ability to work with a team of health care providers and collaborate to achieve patient care goals.

  • Experience working in an interdisciplinary setting.

  • Communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other clinicians in the work unit.

    Registrations, Certifications and/or Licenses: Current Oregon Physician Assistant license. 

    DEA certification.
