The purpose of this position is to provide ophthalmic care and imaging assistance to the Casey Eye Institute Outreach Program telehealth screening site in Klamath Falls, Oregon. The position will provide ancillary screening and testing as necessary, and may require travel to other sites besides Klamath Falls. Screenings will occur in Klamath Falls twice a month. This includes enrolling and registering vision screening participants in EPIC, enter vision screening data entry into appropriate databases, and coordinating research study and outreach visits to Klamath Falls with the outreach administrative and research team.
This is a limited duration,100% donor-funded position, expected to end mid FY26 (approximately 12/31/2025). This position requires the individual to live or be able to travel to Klamath Falls, and screening will be on the weekday or weekends, twice a month.

BLS certification through American Heart Association (AHA), provider level is required at time of hire. Initial certification is the responsibility of the employee. Renewal certification classes/cost provided by OHSU if job required.
COA or COT certification
Previous experience in community outreach and working with diverse communities and serving understated populations.
