Previous demonstration of:
Valid Oregon Respiratory Therapist License.
Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association. BLS instructor certification within 6 months of hire.
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) issued by the American Heart Association AND Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification issued by the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Knowledge of adult learning theories.
Strong presentation and communication skills. Demonstrated ability to build teams and integrate existing teams.
Database queries and reporting, data analysis, Lean methodologies.
Neonatal/Pediatric Specialty (NPS) credential issued by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC).
