OHSU is Oregon's only public academic health center. We are a system of hospitals and clinics across Oregon and southwest Washington. Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry, reward fulfillment and report generation.

• Enrolled in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours).

• Experience using computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

• One year of experience working in an office setting.
• Adobe Acrobat and working knowledge of office equipment (scanners and copy machines).

Note to Undergraduate Students:Flexibility in schedule to accomidate school schedule. Duration of work is contingent of graduation from udergraduate degree.
