The position supports the combined administrative structure within Women’s and Children’s Services that includes Obstetrics and Gynecology and the Center for Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Psychiatry, and the Institute on Development and Disability.
The Program Director 1 / Women's and Children's Administrator role is responsible for assessing, analyzing, and providing input and/or recommendations to department leadership to achieve optimal financial and clinical performance, cost efficiency, and business growth. In partnership with the leadership team, associated division heads, and program leaders, this position implements strategic/tactical plans for all mission areas; clinical, research, education, and outreach. This position contributes expert analytical knowledge and is accountable for the development and management of a variety of complex operational and quality data and processes to propel our programs to greater levels of clinical quality. Primary responsibilities include the creation and use of data to drive organizational change and lead working teams to develop and implement best practices across our mission areas. Tools and resources developed as a part of this work will be leveraged as appropriate across other components of Women’s and Children’s Services to further translate operational improvements to service areas.
This position serves on the leadership team to assure alignment across the enterprise as it relates to development and implementation of operational, data, and reporting improvements. This role requires an individual who is highly self-motivated, creative, has strong project management skills, good business and finance skills, and commitment to providing a high level of customer service.
