The Program Manager of Integrated Brand Strategy and Marketing is responsible for helping achieve organizational business and audience goals through developing and implementing experience-centric, data informed strategies within a cross-functional team.
Specifically, program managers are responsible for flexibly identifying and developing experience- entric solutions grounded in strategic priorities, extensive research, key customer journeys, and competitor knowledge. You are responsible for effective, cross-functional program management to ensure successful and timely completion of the plans with effective use of departmental resources while demonstrating measurable value and impact. Finally, you are responsible for participating in initiatives designed to help improve the performance of the overall integrated brand strategy and marketing function at OHSU. We are an agile, driven team, committed to continuous improvement in our projects and processes. We approach work, and one another, with curiosity, and challenge ideas for the betterment of the team. Program managers are expected to participate in discourse and offer constructive solutions.
The program manager role requires robust critical thinking ability, excellent presentation and internal partner management skills, superb writing and verbal communication, exceptional project management and a deep understanding of and experience with translating data and analytics into actionable insights. As OHSU is a complex, matrixed organization, the ability to handle ambiguity and untangle complexity is vital, as well as the ability to think and act strategically while prioritizing a high numbers of tasks with varying workload and importance and enabling team members to execute solutions. Experience developing integrated brand strategy and marketing programs is required, as is experience leading cross-functional teams. You will ensure our brand experiences are evolving to meet end user needs, our research is identifying optimizations for our brands to be successful, our creative is breaking through to our audience targets and we are meeting and exceeding our business and audience goals. You will work directly with an array of collaborators inside and outside the department, including senior-level faculty and administrative leaders. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are paramount. You must have a willingness to step into the undefined, find opportunities, articulate a vision and drive collaboration between teams and levels of the organization. You are expected to be a high-impact, empathetic leader who is a change agent and can develop strategies that create value.

Hybrid position: telework with infrequent on-campus meetings and responsibilities.
