The Bennett Lab at within the department of Molecular & Medical Genetics at OHSU explores the ways that nutrients and stress influence cellular identity and cell fate. We combine cutting-edge CRISPR-based functional genomics with metabolomic, proteomic, and machine learning approaches to understand and target vulnerabilities in neurological diseases and cancer.
Master's Degree in relevant field AND 3 years of relevant experience OR

Basic laboratory skills and knowledge of standard molecular biology techniques
Sterile tissue culture technique
Experience collecting, organizing, and communicating data effectively

Programming experience
Culture of induced pluripotent stem cells requires occasional culture on weekends. This position requires work with human tissues, human cells, and hazardous chemicals. The position involves some travel to scientific meetings to present data. The lab is located in Richard Jones Hall.
