The Center for Hematologic Malignancies (CHM) outpatient clinic provides acute and long-term care to patients who have undergone an autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) or received other cellular therapies such as chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy.
Clinic Schedule: Four 10-hour days between Monday and Friday. Set schedule to be determined at time of hiring.

The Center for Hematologic Malignancies (CHM) outpatient clinic provides acute and long-term care to patients who have undergone an autologous or allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplant (HCT) or received other cellular therapies such as chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy.
This APP sees up to 12 patients per day and provides care in conjunction with a team comprised of physicians, APPs, RN coordinators, and other allied health professionals. As determined by the team's needs, APPs may practice independently or in a shared-care model with physicians.
Additionally, this APP may intermittently provide oversight of the infusion unit, responding to acute infusion reactions and urgent medical issues.
After appropriate proctoring, APPs will independently perform procedures including bone marrow aspirate/biopsy, lumbar puncture, ommaya tap, and skin biopsy.
