Function/Duties of Position

Under direct supervision, primarily provides general administrative support for a project, team, or work unit. Similar to an Office Clerk or Specialist*. May also include some basic data entry and report generation. Stock and maintain materials inventory for pre-doctoral endodontic clinic, inclusive of preparation of solutions for the tooth storage containers and the irrigation syringes. Maintain endodontic equipment and operatories. Duties to be performed during the off-hours of the predoctoral endodontic clinic, inclusive of before clinic starts, between clinic sessions, or after clinic ends. Universal precautions for Infection Control are to be practiced. 

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an OHSU Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)
  • Must have experience in a dental clinic environment
  • Must have great communication skills
  • Must be a team player
