This position seeks a researcher to work on heart and heart development projects. This person would either work on i) computational modeling (using physics-based models and simulations) or ii) performing manipulations on embryos at different stages of development, and get outcome data. Candidates wishing to advance both areas (computational and experimental) are welcome too. Data to be collected/analyzed includes various imaging acquisitions (in vivo and from samples that will need to be properly prepared – including histology and confocal data), genome data, physiological data, blood flow data, etc. This position will also assist with data interpretation and preparation of manuscripts for publication.
