The OHSU Department of Emergency Medicine (DEM) is seeking a part-time nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join our team to be staffed in the EM Immediate Care Virtual Visits program. The Immediate Care Virtual Visits (ICVV) program provides flexibility for patients to use their mobile device or computer from anywhere in Oregon or Washington to have a secure visit with an OHSU urgent care provider via video or asynchronously via an eVisit. The ICVV providers have the ability to diagnose and treat a wide range of adult and pediatric (¿1 year old) non-emergency medical conditions, and can call in prescriptions to the patient¿s pharmacy of choice. The program is open 7 days a week, 7a.m. to 9p.m. Monday through Friday, and 8a.m. to 8p.m. Saturday and Sunday.

Education: Master’s Degree as required by specific Advanced Practice Provider role.
Experience: Prefer 2-3 years clinical experience as an APP that demonstrates ability to fulfill responsibilities for the specific role or 2-3 years nursing or other experience providing clinical care in an emergency setting.
