The research division within the OHSU Department of Occupational Health specializes in clinical research on issues relevant to the health of healthcare workers. The Division is led by Dr. Curlin who is a specialist in infectious diseases with expertise in virology, immunology and vaccine science.
This administrative assistant position will support all aspects of the occupational health research unit by assisting with scheduling meetings and conferences; drafting meeting minutes; drafting memos reports and communications; procurement and reconciliation of expenditures; securing space for events; creation, editing, proofing, printing and distributing applications, reports, newsletters, and advertisement; updating webpages; coordinating IT requests; coordination and communication within the research team; communication with internal and external research mission partners, and other tasks as needed by the study team.
