The Transition to Practice (TTP) Residency Program is designed for New Graduate RN’s or RN’s with less than one year experience.

The following units are participating in this cohort of the ICU TTP Residency Program:
The OHSU Clinical registered nurse (RN) provides compassionate, evidence-based, and efficient care to individuals, families, communities and patient populations. The Clinical RN's care delivery is consistent with the Oregon Nurse Practice Act, the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice, and the ANA Code of Ethics. The intended start date is October 20, 2025 (external & organizational internal transfer)/ October 27, 2025 (ONA internal transfer). Please note this date may be adjusted based on operational needs.
