Department Overview

The Office of the Registrar is responsible for academic records and supports course registration, grading, and transcript requests. The Office of Student Financial Aid assists students in meeting their educational costs and needs.

Function/Duties of Position

Under the direction of Registrar and Financial Aid staff, assist with efforts to organize, clean, and archive or dispose of paper and electronic files and records. Other administrative duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in 

    • Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours), OR

    •  Graduate Program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)

  • Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and other office software programs 
  • Superior attention to detail
  • Ability to take direction and to make sound decisions within prescribed limits
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confideniality and exercise discretion

Additional Details

Ability to work at least 4 hours, but no more than 20 hours, per week in Mackenzie Hall on the Marquam Hill campus. Work hours are flexible between 7:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday–Friday.
