The purpose of this position is to deliver instructor- led trainings for new and experienced Environmental Services (EVS) employees. This position is responsible for coordinating EVS New Employee Orientation (NEO) activities; delivering formal classroom trainings; training in Gemba; assisting the Sr. Manager in gathering information for needs assessment; processing and recording training activities for EVS NEO and other employee training programs. The Trainer will also be responsible coordinating training logistics and assist in the design of training and training evaluation materials.
