The RN will be required to travel to the patient’s home (or agreed upon setting) and provide infusion therapy. The nurse is responsible to appropriately document patient care activities within OHSU EHR and utilize medical technology to coordinate care, utilizing the primary nurse model and ensuring the patient and family are receiving OHSU’s highest quality of nursing care.
