Department Overview

The Business Intelligence & Advanced Analytics division of the OHSU Information Technology Group is seeking a student worker to assist with execution of data governance processes in support of key projects and programs. This position primarily provides general administrative support for the Data Governance Program.

Function/Duties of Position

  • Review and approve catalog submissions.
  • Assist other staff in the application of cataloging standards.
  • Assist with catalog audits and content review.
  • Apply templates to existing documents and presentations.
  • Attend weekly Data Governance Office meetings.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or on vacation from or is otherwise registered in an Undergraduate Program (minimum 6 credit hours).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enrolled in an area of study that includes Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Library Science, Computer Science, Public Health and Health Sciences
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

  • Prior experience with content management (technical and business documentation).

Additional Details

  • Flexible work schedule; approximately 10 to 20 hours per week. Fully remote.
  • Prefer the candidate to be able to work at least one hour each business day.
