The Talent Acquisition Partner serves department and unit leaders to operationalize recruitment and hiring needs. The Talent Acquisition Partner manages and has accountability for recruitments. They handle a wide range of requisitions, such as high-volume positions in operations support ie. administrative roles, areas with structured hiring programs such as allied health roles or Support Services, and manages other moderately complex roles ie. technical or clinical roles. They conduct intakes, establish recruitment plans, screen candidates, work up and extend compensation offers, facilitate the reference check process. They work within a pod structure in Talent Acquisition and will be dedicated to the OHSU Hospital Expansion Project enabling OHSU to provide expanded specialty care with the addition of a new 14 story building (with 128 new beds with room for more) on our Marquam Hill Campus opening in April 2026. The Talent Acquisition Partner works in partnership with recruitment marketing expertise on the team to ensure a high level of visibility of OHSU job opportunities and highlight the employee value proposition. They partner with senior Talent Acquisition team members, leadership, HR Business Partners to support pathway programs to recruit and retain diverse talent. They employ contemporary, innovative strategies to source well qualified candidate pools, and measure the outcomes.
The Talent Acquisition Partner participates in special projects and strategic initiatives in addition to day-to-day operational responsibilities. Additionally, they partner with other functional areas of Human Resources and Centers of Excellence to implement initiatives or programs. The Talent Acquisition Partner reports to the Talent Acquisition Supervisor.
This is a time-limited position for January through June 2026.
