The electrocardiograph technician works collaboratively with health care providers to provide direct and indirect care to patients undergoing procedures in the Cardiac Non-Invasive Services Department and throughout the hospital. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, performance of 12 lead electrocardiograms, holter and event monitor application and removal, cardiac rhythm analysis and six-minute walk tests.

Other Duties as Assigned
Completion of an Electrocardiography Technician training course from a recognized technical/vocational school; OR
One year experience assisting with cardiac testing procedures in a physician's office, clinic, hospital, or similar settting; OR
An equivalent combination of training and experience.
