The Clinic Radiologic Technologist operates x-ray and related equipment used to take and develop radiographs for the purpose of general medical diagnostic radiolgy. The employee in this class coordinates the technological procedure done within the medical facility and may perform functions of a medical assistant, or other duties as needed, to ensure the efficient workflow and turnover of outpatient exams.
Relief Position – must be available to work at least four(4) days per pay period as determined according to department needs.

Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Competencies):
This position covers all days and all shifts as needed. This position works in a busy environment with frequent interruptions, multiple demands and continuous interaction with patients and other medical professionals. It requires being exposed to radiation, chemical solutions, and human tissue/fluids. Location is at OHSU outpatient clinics, which include the Beaverton, Center for Health and Healing Orthopedics/Spine, and OHSU Adventist Orthopedics.
