Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine

Join a high-performing, collaborative Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) team where your expertise will make a life-saving difference every night.

We are seeking a dedicated Nocturnist Hospitalist to provide overnight coverage in our dynamic PICU. This role is ideal for a clinician who thrives in autonomous, high-acuity environments and values focused clinical excellence without the additional demands of research, teaching, or administrative responsibilities.

Schedule & Structure

  • 10 to 12 night shifts per month (1700 to 0700)
  • Occasional weekend day coverage may substitute for select nights
  • Structured, face-to-face handoffs to ensure seamless continuity of care

This schedule offers concentrated clinical impact with meaningful time off between shifts.

This role involves active clinical engagement throughout each shift, including standing, walking, and performing fine motor clinical procedures. The physical demands are typical of an inpatient hospital environment and require full mobility and stamina appropriate for extended clinical coverage.

If you are seeking a role where your clinical expertise, judgment, and composure will make an immediate and meaningful difference every night, we invite you to apply and join our Pediatric Critical Care team.
