The mission of the Information Technology Group (ITG) is to develop, implement and maintain technology-based services and solutions enabling OHSU to effectively manage information to accomplish its missions.
This position will be part of a dynamic, energetic and collaborative team that supports the organization in the use of data and information to further OHSU’s mission to strive for excellence in education, research and scholarship, clinical practice and community service. Members of the Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics (BIAA) team work to apply knowledge and best practices to assist end users in leveraging BI Tools (Power BI, Cognos, Tableau, etc.) to analyze enterprise data for informed decision making throughout the organization.

Education/Experience
Master’s degree in business or computer science or related field and four years of work-related experience in the information technology field; OR
Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science or related field and six years of work-related experience in the information technology field; OR
Associate’s degree in business or computer science or related field and seven years of work-related experience in the information technology field; OR
Eight years work related experience in the information technology field; OR
Minimum three years of business analyst experience.
Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting associated business requirements for large-scale IT projects.
Experience planning and managing large-scale IT projects.
Experience with Cognos, Oracle, Power BI or other BI tool.
Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of data warehousing architecture.
Proven communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent presentation/facilitation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects on an ongoing basis with excellent attention to detail.
Demonstrate skilled problem-solving capabilities to determine solutions and options to resolve problems.
Two or more years of experience with Power BI products.
Experience with Oracle EBS or other ERP financial modules.
Knowledge of Oracle EBS or other ERP financial data and related databases and processes.
Ability to read, write and maintain basic SQL code.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute.
This is a remote, Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm role.
