The Executive Specialist provides executive, administrative, technical, and operational support to the Division of Care Management and the Administrative Director. This position supports the efficient operation of the division by coordinating information, preparing materials, conducting research, and managing a variety of administrative functions. The Executive Specialist serves as a liaison between division leadership, staff, and internal and external partners, and acts as a primary point of contact for questions related to the division's programs and operations. This role requires strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Job Related Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (Competencies):
This position requires staff to be able to commute onsite a minimum of 60% of the time or more.
Staff may be sitting at their desk up to 90% of the time
Staff may be required to walk around the hospital up to 10% of the time
Requires prioritization.
Frequent interruptions in an environment of frequent change and fluctuations.
For inpatient units accepts accountability and responsibility.
Subject to computer work for several hours, as needed.
Able to utilize office equipment within work area.
