The Director of LCME Accreditation and Continuous Quality Improvement is a senior-level project manager role that provides operational, administrative, and project management support for activities related to continuous quality improvement (CQI) for the SOM educational mission, with a primary focus on project management and program assessment relating to the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME) accreditation processes for the OHSU UME program. As CQI processes and systems are developed for ongoing LCME accreditation, the Director will work to establish CQI processes for other aspects of the SOM educational programs and priorities. This role reports directly, and is accountable to, the Senior Associate Dean for Education, and works closely with the LCME Coordinator and SOM leadership, faculty, staff, and students to optimize efforts focusing on ongoing institutional compliance with LCME standards and other CQI activities.
