Function/Duties of Position

The student worker will help develop python programs that will be used for the projects conducted in the lab. May be asked to translate programs written in perl to those in Python or C++.

Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in, or on vacation from, or is otherwise registered in an undergraduate program (minimum 6 credit hours) OR graduate program (minimum 4.5 credit hours)
  • Python programming skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Undergrad student pursuing a science major
  • Prior experience in participation in projects that use python programs
  • Perl and/or C++ programming skills
