This position provides expertise in reporting, analyzing and interpreting of Human Resources data. Responsibilities will include developing, testing and deploying complex reporting, analytic and dashboard solutions utilizing the functionality of IBM Cognos Suite, Data Warehouse modelling, SQL, Excel and other BI tools. This position requires an in-depth knowledge and the ability to design detailed solutions involving calculated fields, query joins and merging data from different data sources.
This position will continuously engage with stakeholders to provide support, guidance and training regarding the interpretation and use of the data and analytics. Through effective use of analytics and reporting this position will help the institution identify systems, processes, procedures that perpetuate inequality, and enable proactive data-driven decisions across the institution.
Working with complex data sets this position will derive data-driven insights and analysis to provide HR and OHSU leadership with outcome and trending analysis to drive workforce planning, management and strategy.
