The Patient Access Services (PAS) Specialist serves as a primary point of contact for patients, families, and referring providers, both in person and by phone, at the Avel Gordly Center for Healing. This fully in-person position operates Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and requires a strong commitment to cultural awareness, demonstrated through respectful and effective interactions with patients, coworkers, and staff. The Dialysis Department regular service hours are from 0700—1900 Monday thru Saturday with mandatory on-call service Monday thru Saturday 1900—0700 and all day on Sunday and holidays.
