This position will be assigned to the Anatomic Pathology Division, with principal responsibilities in Hematopathology. Clinical responsibilities include a diverse array of adult and pediatric bone marrow and lymph node cases with ancillary flow cytometry, immunohistochemistry, and molecular testing, including sign-out of hematopathology targeted next generation sequencing, as well as sharing evening and weekend hematopathology call on an equal basis. Service and other assignments will be reviewed and modified by the department Chair, as needed.

The Generalist division provides both inpatient and outpatient care to high-risk patients at OHSU and relatively low-risk, community practice patients at Hillsboro Medical Center, an affiliated facility located 30 minutes west of OHSU, ensuring an ideal patient mix. While all faculty are required to maintain privileges at both sites, Generalists will primarily be assigned to one location.
