Clinical responsibilities will include interpretation of all aspects of thoracic (CT/MR and radiographs) and cardiac imaging (CT and MR); as well as thoracic biopsies/aspirations. Familiarity with imaging of acquired and congenital heart diseases and imaging of minimally invasive techniques in the adult population is expected. Familiarity with cardiac imaging in the pediatric patient population would be desirable. Participation in numerous excellent weekly interdisciplinary conferences is expected. PANDA staff are expected to be able to be of useful assistance in lifting patients and equipment into an ambulance, fixed wing or helicopter. Heavy carries are typically less than 10 feet. Sitting may be crouched, cramped, or otherwise out of position. Must be able to step-up two-feet to board helicopter.
