This position will support the Wilder Lab in a wide array of research tasks, including performing all aspects of mosquito rearing in the insectary, quantifying parasitemia from non-human primates by microscopy and PCR, infecting and dissecting mosquitoes, assisting with mouse research, performing ELISA assays to characterize antibody responses, and cell culture/tissue processing.
