Serving as an attending in our outreach programs may also be required depending on availability and the divisional needs. Providers are also expected to take a fair share of call.   Research: We expect providers in this role will be involved in clinical studies in collaboration with colleagues in the section, and will work to develop a portfolio of clinical research activities funded from external sources. Additional non-clinical time will be provided commensurate with funding to support that effort.   Education: As teaching is an important portion of the cardiology mission you will be responsible for the teaching of medical students, residents and fellows.
