- Assess learning needs of respiratory staff and develop educational strategies to meet those needs.
- Implements, coordinates, and/or facilitates educational programs based on identified learning needs and emerging trends. Including but not limited to the respiratory care departments.
- Assists in planning and providing educational programs as needed throughout the organization involving respiratory staff as appropriate.

- Shift Coordinator Coordinates shift assignments, provides clinical support, ensures team receives meals and breaks through effective use of team resources.
