The Labor & delivery unit provides intrapartum, antepartum and newborn care to low-risk and at-risk populations. Care is provided based on acuity and patient type and is in line with the Association of Obstetric, Women's Health and Neonatal Nurses Guidelines for patients care (AWHONN).

The Dialysis Department regular service hours are from 0700—1900 Monday thru Saturday with mandatory on-call service Monday thru Saturday 1900—0700 and all day on Sunday and holidays. Scheduling is flexible with call being shared among regular staff. Dialysis RN’s will provide services to pediatric and adult patient population serving both hospitals.

This 12-bed unit serves as a critical step between the Neuroscience Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) and the Acute Care setting, supporting early recovery, close neurological observation, and safe transitions along the continuum of care. The IMCU emphasizes patient safety, early mobility, multidisciplinary collaboration, and evidence-based neuroscience nursing within a supportive and professional work environment.
